It's getting tenser as our program are just around the corner. Watching all the bureau working hard to complete their jobs makes me so happy to be working with all of them. This weeks meeting was a little chaotic because of certain confusion but we come around and manage to finish the meeting with few great news like jobs that have been completed and small donation from people around us.Those kind of things really soothe your mind that are filled with worries and fear of failure.
While assisting each bureau in their job I was partly worried because our financial status was not something we are at ease of because certain things required our early payment but luckily the SE team give their support and some idea were voiced out on improving our financial stature.
Well done to all bureau for their on time progress. For the technical team they made a great job in designing the banner. It is not an easy job indeed. For the program bureau, they had a hard week as lot of jobs are being placed at them all at once and luckily they are efficient enough to complete those with prior needs. Thanks to the leader for giving a clear instruction to the team and making all the job more easier for them. For the sponsors bureau, they are working hard to get the sponsors we needed and I am truly grateful to them for being diligent in contacting a lot of companies around KL and other places. I have faith in them that they could help us reach the financial stature needed for us to execute the program. The logistic team are finalising the food menu for closing and when i requested for them to cut the cost, luckily they comply without many hesitant and even give suggestion on what to serve on that day. All of the MT are working hard, Putri is trying her utmost best to keep up with all of the bureau and she is doing a great job. Jeremy is assisting the protocol bureau in the master plan and in doing so lessen the burden for that bureau. Hui yuan is assisting each bureau in finance and expenses.
Having all of them in the team gives me a sense of assurance that all will be well. But as they always say "Pray for the Best, Prepare for the Worst".
The reflection for this week is that i feel very nervous and scared as the event is nearing. The fear of failing the team is there and will grow even more but luckily i have their supports and jokes😂 to help me stand back on my feet😌. I hope all of us can give our best to make the program successful.
