Week 5 processing~

See you all again in our blog. 😁I am Hui Yuan. After so many weeks, hope that I will have an good impression or maybe a little impression in your mind. Today I will still talking about our preparation for this program.

On Monday (yes, is our weekly meeting time), as treasurer, I have to present about the latest finance of this program. However, the data is same as last week so there is nothing to notice by my team member. This means that we will meet financial problem for the large amount of expenses this week and this have been proven. Since last week we do not have any income, our balance is maintain at a amount that is not enough to pay for the deposit for the food and shirts. Luckily, just after the meeting, I have received a large amount of money from the bureau sponsor. This amount of money is comes from the donation drive at TTDI and central market, donation from our classmates, donation from the mosque and the money earn from the sales last week. The total balance this time is just enough to pay for the deposit but we still have the SHIRT!!! Thanks to Dr Arpah, our coordinator. She are going to pay for us and claim back her money whenever we have the balance. Our problem still have not solve since this program still need to pay for another RM7000 for other stuff. Therefore, I have a short meeting with our head of sponsor bureau, Adilah and our president, Rehana. We plan to do another donation drive and continue to collect donation from the class and mosque too. Everyone is doing their best to let this program goes on at the coming days. Talk about the donation drive, besides that we have receive money form donation, we also get a donation of 2 box and 2 big plastic of toys.Thanks to her.

During this week, we also have done our first edited banner for our program. Among the three design, we have choose the blue background with some grass and children on it. We think that this banner is the most suitable and match with our program that close to children. We play with them and learn with them. Although there was still some aspects that need to improve. I am look forward for the banner design that will be discuss in the next meeting. I have a picture of it, let you see and tell me that wold you like it 💖:
