It is already week 5, SERIOUSLY!!! Where did all the time fly. During this meeting it made me realise that there is still a lot more to be done. When I say a lot it literally means a lot like never ending work. So Dr. Arpah requested that a facilitator training must be done in order for the event to be carried out smoothly, everyone should be aware of their task during the event. During the fifth meeting the technical bureau showed the banner design and most of us agreed on the blue and green one. The banner needs some touch up other than that it is perfect already. Thank you to our technical bureau for working so hard for the banner. You guys are the best💕💕. As for the sponsor we are still waiting for the companies to get back to us. I hope that they will give a positive reply soon as we are running out of time. The programme bureau are working very hard to give the kids the best experience they can. I believe the activities that they have planned for the kids are awesome at the same time educational. I am the facilitator for the performance for group 2 together with Azmil. Even though I'm not good at dancing nor singing but I'll try my best to teach the kids something 😆😆.
From this meeting I can see all the bureau are working hard to finish their tasks. As the event is getting closer I am feeling nervous and excited at the same time there is too much of mixed feelings that I can't express. Also I feel like the bond between each of us keeps getting stronger day by day because we are there to support each other, accept them as they are and also solve all the problems that arise by working together.
