The third social engagement meeting went well as usual. Many important things were discussed. since the incharge person of the home asked us to finish the program by 9'o clock daily, so we protocol bureau had a short meeting with our director to discuss about the issue. when we heard such thing from that lady, we were disappointed because as refer to the course information, we need to spend at least 40 hours for this program. we scared that we couldn't able to fulfil the 40 hours. 😰
the new tentative has been discussed and designed. based on the new tentative, the program starts at 8am and ends at 9pm. since lack of time, we cut off some of the activities. not only that, we rejected some activities because not suit for the children at there. I feel that finishing program at 9pm also good for all of us because after 9pm we can back to our hostel and no need to accomadate at outside which may costs and able to take rest or able to prepare for the next day activity.
the sponsorship bureau distributed the cakes on last meeting. I managed to sell all the 7 units for this week. 😂😂💃
the only thing I'm scared for is, the new tentative is very packed. we might get tired during the event. but just 3 days only right?? so i think we could handle it well guys!! its gonna be a memorable day guys....💜
