AFT3R TH3 3V3NT

Hello everyone…

Hope you all doing great on this mid-sem break. We successfully done with our Social Engagement project where we worked hard together since semester 1.  I have learnt a lot things from this project. First of all, this is a project where it provides a platform to us to meet all our coursemates and discuss among each other. I could see the changes between us from the first day of meeting and the last day of program. The communication, cooperation, understandings between us increased day by day. As a head of program and protocol bureau I learnt many things such as dividing modules for each members, giving tasks for members, organizing activities, making program tentative, lead the whole group and many more. I always ensured that my group members’ progress towards the given task. I keep on reminding them about their task so that they can do it well. I had angry with them sometimes, I apologized to you guys! You guys are always the best teammates I could ever have. Your cooperation with me is much appreciated. I feel proud of my team…

Then, always what we think is will happen. Sometimes God has other plan for us. Same goes here, as very first day, we expected the “gotong-royong” slot will take longer time but unfortunately it didn’t. so there we lost a lot of time by doing nothing. Finally some facilitators gave some ideas for the indoor games. I have learnt a lesson that we should have a backup plan for everything everytime. If I inserted any backup plan on the tentative there might not have any messiness. So I will bear this on mind , so that I could prepare well. Not only that, we need to practice instant thinking habit to think about and come out with an idea immediately to not to waste time.

I also learnt that teamwork is very important. Without teamwork we could not made this event successfully. The cooperation among us helped us. We have to give suggestion and listen to others’ suggestions. The discussion among us lead us to the right way. Moreover, I learnt how to be patience and how to handle the kids. All these are what I gained past few months when we worked for this project.

Throught out this social engagement project, we had a lot of memories. I would like to thank all my SE mates to make this project become a successful project. Without you guys, we could not achieve this success. You guys awesome!! Love y’all…… I would like to thank our one and only SE course coordinater Dr Arpah for her non-stop support for us and guide us for the past few months.. I guess we made her to proud of us and I apologized to her for all my mistakes especially regarding the tentative. Not forgotten, I also thank Professor Madya Dr Sarinder for her present to our closing ceremony. I also like to thank all our sponsors who sponsored for the vent and the helping hands. And I would like to apologized to those who I hurt physically or mentally, directly or indirectly throughout this event. I hope that our friendship will last longer and we always will together. I feel happy and proud to be a part of this event.. All the best guys for your future.. study hard!
