-Week 5-

Counting down 2 weeks to our event day!!!! I feel excited and worried at the same time. The 5^th weekly meeting has changed a bit, which means that all of each bureau member has to step in front to talk about the progress. This in turn makes the meeting time extended a little bit. But who cares, as long as we managed to settle everything before the real hectic week begins. 

I was assigned a new duty, which is the decoration of the closing ceremony. Since we didn’t plan to held opening ceremony, this makes that the closing ceremony a big deal. Thinking and thinking…. I decided to discuss this matter with my friends and ask for their opinions. Finally, the ideas is there, but I have no Photoshop skills to bring out my idea…. Hahahaha such a big regret. So, I have no choice but to use Word to sketch out my design. So sorry if it looks childish, I have tried my best.

Slowly, we became more and more efficient in handling our duty, once the work is done, we will upload it to the shared google drive. I personally agree to this as it will certainly increase our efficiency! Looking forward for the next meeting!
