Things are actually getting more tensed.

So this week during the meeting I  arrived a little bit late cause we followed Rehana for her follow up at the clinic for her leg injury. When I reached SD7 Dr. Arpah was already there. I was scared if she would be angry cause we came late. But we started the meeting as sons as we arrived. This week our treasurer presented the revenue and everything. The only thing I knew was we are extremely short of money as our event will be held very soon. As for trying to look  for sponsors we decided to go for donation drive on Friday 2/3/2018.

Firstly we divided ourselves to 3 groups but few people couldn't follow so we decided to change to only 2 groups and 2 locations which was TTDI and Central Market. And I was the leader for Central Market. I was shocked because I don't have any experience and still got appointed as the leader. I was scared I wouldn't be able to lead the team well, I was scared I will disappoint Rehana and my sponsor leader Adilah. I faced a lot of obstacles during the donation drive one of it was that the management of Central Market didn't allow us collect donations or look for sponsors there. So we had to change our location to Petaling Street. I'm really blessed to get leader who always support me , Rehana and adilah kept on calling me to know how I was doing. Thanks to them for being leaders who aren't arrogant but helpful and supportive. Our team at central market didn't get much cash but we got lots of toys for the kids. Other than that, I was also touched with my group mate's behaviour towards a needy person who was on a wheelchair they helped him to find the bus he wanted to go on.

Throughout this donation drive donation drive I learnt that we must be persistent in order to succeed. Because Thomas Edison once our greatest weakness lies in giving up.The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time. Besides that, our intention towards others or doing something must be pure no matter what is their intention towards us. And also I learnt from the aunty who donated toys for the children's is that sincerity is important element in giving away. She was a chinese old lady and gave the toys to us without caring about our race or whatsoever. Her sincerity and simplicity touched my heart cause she wanted to be anonymous.
