6th WeeK

we  worked for past few weeks/ months together for this social engagement project. And now left only one week for our event. I feel excited, at the same time kinda nervous. we had discussed a lot of things during last meeting. we protocol bureau almost done our part and we already uploaded all our files in google drive so that everyone can access the files. on the same week Tuesday, all the MTs and head of bureau had a small meeting with Dr Arpah. during the meeting Dr Arpah highlighted that we need another 3k for our program. so we planned to have donation drive for second time. we went donation drive to four different places on last Friday. throughout this program, as day by day the bonding between us become very strong as compared to earlier. I feel more comfortable when working with them. I feel happy to have such a nice coursemates..

we also had our first training session for the facilitators last Thursday. everyone gave a good commitment to this session. we mainly did rehearsal for the closing ceremony so that everyone know the flow of closing ceremony. while doing rehearsal, we edited the mc scripts as well. it was such a hectic week. the another training session will be on coming Tuesday where Dr Arpah will join us. as planned, we protocol bureau prepared the needed things for our event.

not only we did rehearsal for closing ceremony, we also tried some origami. we have one session where we teach the kids to do origami. before we teach others to do something, we should know about the thing well right?? that's why we tried some origami designs. we also have mandarin language time. we also taught some simple mandarin words to the facilitators so that they could help the kids if the kids having problem in pronouncing the words. we also assigned PIC for explorace. we have 5 checkpoints and each checkpoint handled by two facilitators. so far everything goes well. hopefully the event become a successful event and I hope that we will get a lot of sweet memories from this event.
