During our meeting, we discuss about the most important part that is about the budget. Until now, our capital for running our event is still not enough. It is really a sad case... Some action must be taken in case we really cann't get any sponsor from others companies yet that is through the second donation drive. I think it is the only way...I will also try my best to collect the fund from my relatives. Although maybe not so much, hopes that can help to cover some funds in our event.
Every members of each bureau have to present their weekly progress in front, there is no exception to our programme and protocol bureau too. We have to present our ideas and planning to all of our teammates and our coordinator, Dr. Arpah. This is my first time to stand in front for presentation of our event. Indeed quite nervous because don't know whether our suggestion is acceptable or not. Luckily, it is not only me alone, still have the support from my teammates and advices from Dr. Arpah. I am really hope that our event can bring joyful and happiness for those pity and abondoned children. No parents by their side to accompany them...The only think in my mind is how to do our event well!!
Of course, one thing cannot be forgot is our banner...Our Multech bureau has done their jobs well and comes out with a few design for our banner. Thanks all the members of multech bureau so much!! All of us have to vote for our favourable design of banner. After watching their design, I can feel them really put a lot of effort to do the design as it was not an easy job to design by using photoshop. Majority of us have chose the design with blue background on it as it is really quite suitable for our event and our decoration for closing ceremony had also decided to use blue and white as our main colour to design.
I have also given a task to write the speech for Dr. Sarinder and have to pass up next week. Long time never write speech formal. Hope that I can do well~~
