Hi everyoneJ
I’m Ming Hui. I’m one of the member of
Programme and Protocol bureau. To be honest, I am a newbie in this P&P bureau.
I don’t have any experience in handling the flow of such a big event and I’m
also an introvert kinda person. However, when I first met my head of P&P
and others members, I felt relieved and happy as everyone here are friendly and
reliable. I have confident on us that we
can work together as a team and make our event successful and meaningful to us
and to those kids.
The first meeting went well in bioinformatics building. Our course
instructor, Dr Arpah met us and briefed about this course. We had attended a
briefing on Friday again, but this time was with the whole ISB students at
dewan kuliah 4. Everything went smoothly as the lecturer in charge explain all
the details nicely. However, I am quite surprised that we are among the fastest
in planning the whole project. We started planning our project since last semester,
and we already confirmed the overall plan including venue, date roughly. I felt
proud to be in this lovely team and also having Dr Arpah as our course
instructor.
Looking forward to the second meeting! We’re gonna Do It Amazing!!
