The second one..

Hi how are you guys? It’s me siqing again. Coming to the second week, I hope everything goes well. As usual we had the weekly meeting on this Monday but the venue was different. For the past few times the meetings were held in the computer lab but guess what it was SD7! I love this room as there is a long meeting table in the room and it really looked like a “meeting” haha :p Alright come to the agenda of the meeting, we protocol bureau have prepared the list of things needed and we decided to prepare all these things on our own. But I was quite worried after the meeting. Why? According to Dr Arpah, food and drinks shouldn’t be used in the activities as it is a waste and we don’t know that whether the children are allergic to the ingredients or not. But as I know that some of the activities really need food and drinks.

In order to collect more funds, sponsorship team members have decided to increase the number of cakes. Guess what? Each of us have to sell more than 6 cakes per week. Not joking. I was like OMG as I couldn’t even finish selling the 4 cakes in the past two weeks and now I have to sell 6 cakes in a week. It’s quite challenging actually. It was a ‘surprising’ meeting indeed…
