It's week 5 and another 2 weeks more left for our social engagement project. cant wait to meet the kids at there and conduct our program. many important things were discussed in meeting as usual on last Monday. I feel proud and would like to congrat my other members who collected such a huge amount from the donation drive. back to our progress, the owner of the house informed us that a total of 67 kids going to join us for this event. such a big amounttt..... I don't even know how we going to manage all of them...hahaha..but that's the task right?? I have divided all of them into 5 groups with 2 facilitators. each group contains 12-13 kids age ranged 4-17. so I don't think the facilitators will have problem to handle them.
we planned to have training of facilitators for twice as requested by our adviser Dr Arpah. which the first session will held on next week Thursday on 15th of March and the second session held on 21st March. the main purpose of this activity is to inform, explain and share about our activities and make them be aware of the activities. during this session also facilitators know their responsibility and their tasks during the event.since its looks like a bit rush, I hope that everything will go smoothly. as we don't have PA system for the event, the performance part is still hold on whether we going to dance by playing song via mini speakers or choir like that. I hope that the program will held as planned and will end well and also we hope that the kids will enjoy the program and get something beneficial from this program.
