This week was a tough week for all of us as the exams and assignment are catching up on us. This week meeting I was a bit late because of my appointment with the doctor as my X-Ray report just came in. I felt guilty for my friends that accompanied me and was late for the meeting but I am also deeply grateful for their attentiveness for me. This weeks meeting was greeted with a great news where we got sponsors for our goodie bags and keychain. We even got the letter of approval from UM Vice-Chancellor and we are thrilled to start looking for sponsors. According to the planning by Sponsor Bureau, we were supposed to go for a donation drive once we get the approval letter. After the meeting we came to a conclusion to execute the donation drive on Friday this week which is yesterday. We are divided into two groups. Group TTDI and group Pasar Seni. I became the leader for TTDI group and my dear colleague Fahmida become the leader for Pasar Seni group. After a little briefing for the donation drive on what important documents to show and how to persuade the company to sponsor, we were all were nervous for the coming day.
The donation drive had quite a rough start as we did not print enough proposal for the shops around TTDI, but we suggested to take their email so that we could email them the proposal. I divided the TTDI group of 10 people into 2 smaller group for a wider area coverage. Shops after shops getting rejected we came across a huge corporation called Naelofar Hijab. We were kindly greeted by the manager and we started to explained about our program. We were very happy because the person in charge was kind enough to spare her time hearing about our program. With the positive vibe we got from that we continued our journey. We managed to get some donation from people around TTDI and we are very thankful. Although we encountered some difficult people along the way, all of us persevere.

The pasar seni group also got on a rough start like us but hearing that they manage to get donation of toys from a kind auntie, I was so touch by not only the auntie but also the hard work of that team lead by Fahmida. I knew she would make a great leader and she have proved it when she solved the problem that came upon her team. Glad that I could be a support for all of them.

For this week reflection, it is all about the effort my teammates put in. I am so happy when they are committed in making this project a success. I am deeply grateful for their hard work and perseverance during the donation drive as it is not an easy task to handle amidst the busy schedule. I learn that working together not only makes the job easy but also efficient in a way.
