Week 2 :] :[ :p

The beginning of this week didn't start off well. The first day I was late to the meeting because I followed Putri(Secretary) to print the meeting minute.Thank God we arrived before Dr. Arpah came. As soon as Dr. Arpah arrived the meeting began. This was our first meeting using the minute so we didn't know everyone must have their own copy, Dr. Arpah said it's alright for this week but she wants everyone to have their own copy for the next week's meeting. Really to me this meeting was quite intense because there was a lot of thing Dr. told us that aren't correct eg. the meals, the logo and also the marketing proposal. Every bureau had something to be edited and must be submitted the next week. Since we decided to the site visit this week on Thursday our Director asked every bureau to prepare a checklist on what they have to observe. The meeting ended smoothly almost all the matters that were brought up got solved...YEAAYY😁💪. As for the site visit on 15 / 2 / 2018, 10 of us were following because the van can fit 10 people and I was on of them.

I was excited for the site visit even though I wasn't feeling very well. I was still dedicated to go. I knew that I'll definitely learn something out of this site visit and I actually did. My bureau leader Adilah bought some snacks and also carton of mineral water for the kids. Upon reaching to the Shelter home which is known as Pusat Jagaan NURI , we meet the owner of the place known as Pn Nora or more likely to be called Mama or Mama Nora by the children's there. The kids there were from a different age groups the youngest that I met was 3 years old. The kids were full of energy and curiosity. They got attached to us very quickly. Pn Nora share a lot of her experience and also how she broight up that place, the origins of the place and also not forgetting her very important life tips. I also got attached with the children's there, they were so carefree they just shared anything that they wanted to with us and also they were sad when I said that we are going to be going back soon. I felt that I left a piece of my heart there. Just a few hours spent with those kids and I felt so sad to leave them. I can't imagine how will I feel if I spend 3 days with them.
