The second meeting...

Hello everyone, its me Ruben again yaaa... successfully done with the first week of second semester. its now in second week. as usual our bioinformatics' social engagement meeting done for this Monday. we have discussed about site visit, sponsorship and updates from all the bureaus. the sponsorship bureau decided to increase the number of cakes selling, for chocolate moist cake 150 units while red velvet 50 units.

We protocol bureau have prepared the list of things needed and decided to prepare the things depends on the module members. Dr Arpah gave us some suggestions and some advices on our progress towards this social engagement project. Dr Arpah also asked us don't use foods/drinks for the activities as it is a waste. I'm kinda worried about it. because we already finalised the activites, and its gonna be a big turning point if we change the activities. even though I was disappointed with what she had told me, but still I have to follow her words. so I asked my member, Azwa to come out with a new plan and she did so. well done Azwa!!

Not only that, this is the week where we went for the site visit to Pusat Jagaan Nuri. as the event director asked us to prepare a list of checklist, I done so. a total of 10 of us went there. we went there on Thursday, around 11pm++.. am very sure that we gonna have a full entertainment at there. the kids at there were so awesome. even though we just spent a little time with them, I was excited to be with them. even though there's not enough facilities for the children, the home provided them the basic necessaries. the owner of the orphanage very kind hearted. she had gave us many advices which we able to apply in our future. she shared many important details regarding the home. its a pleasure to meet her and the kids. the kids at there were very excited when with us... we also served lunch by the the home. I cant wait to conduct this program at there.
